We’ve heard of many celebrities’ names linked to the presenting roles that will be left open by Mel and Sue leaving the show because of the move to Channel 4.
Names like such as Alan Carr, Anna Richardson and most bizarrely the Chuckle Brothers have been linked with the new job of fronting the show when it eventually comes to our screens.
The latest name to be tied to one of the presenting roles is something of an IT girl at the moment, and I have to confess I would 100% tune in if she was hosting the programme.
None other than Jungle Queen Scarlett Moffatt has now been linked with the job, according to The Mirror.
A source close to the show spoke of Scarlett being the new face of the show.
“Scarlett is now a serious contender – she opened a lot of eyes to her potential on I’m a Celebrity.
“She is young, very funny and just the type of presenter Channel 4 are looking for to front their version of the show. Scarlett may be inexperienced but the thinking is she could be paired with a more senior co-host.”
There’s been no other news of who will co-present with Scarlett but in my opinion, Larry Lambe is the only choice.
Eating cakes on telly will certainly be more palatable than all those bushtucker trials after all…
