Harry Kane and Dele Alli are friends.
Really, really good friends.
They’re so friendly with each other, they’ve even got themselves their own special friendship handshake.
We had a glimpse of it the other week when Kane finished off Fulham with an FA Cup hat-trick, and we saw it again on Sunday afternoon when he nearly ripped the back out of the Everton goal to score Spurs’ opener.
As much as we’d love to show you the most recent of those two handshakes, we’re not sure the Premier League’s strict rules about sharing footage extends to goal celebrations. With this in mind, we’ll just have to show you the one they did at Fulham for now (it was in the FA Cup, we won’t get in trouble for that).

Naawww, lovely. Enough to melt the iciest of football fan hearts, isn’t it?
Well, certainly not according to many of those fans who witnessed the latest outing for the pair’s handshake, that’s for sure.
Within seconds of the handshake being beamed to a global audience of millions, many football fans with access to Twitter accounts let it be known how utterly appalled they were.
