The Power does love making history…
Phil Taylor has been at his imperious best Down Under this weekend as he cruised to the Sydney Masters title for a third year running.
The veteran thrower defeated rival Adrian Lewis 11-3 in the final, but the real fireworks came in his last-four victory over Peter Wright, as the 55-year-old produced a superb nine-dart finish – the first in Australia to be televised and the first ever in the World Series of Darts.
NINE-DARTER: In case you missed it, @PhilTaylor did THIS at the @SydneyDarts last night! More history. #SydneyDartshttps://t.co/fMZhHcqmcR
