Virginia Tech running-back J.C. Coleman has been spotted wearing a gold watch on his wrist during his team’s 42-24 defeat to the Ohio State Buckeyes.

In case you’re wondering, Coleman isn’t just wearing the watch on the sidelines between plays, he’s testing his mettle out against the top-ranked team in college football.

Apparently Coleman has been wearing a watch during games for over a year new, but has just upgraded to gold.

When quizzed about it, he explained: “I just feel like it’s my time.”
