After a long day in work, you might force yourself along to the gym.
Feeling tired is usually a hard way to start your workout, but what if we told you there’s a simple way to burn more fat and make those squats more effective in your workout?
As well as toning your legs and bum, squats help you maintain a strong core and back too – which sounds kind of perfect but can also be pretty tricky.
But by adding a squat-jumping repetition into your training, you can actually burn your fat faster too.
To master this move, stand with your feet hip-width apart, and do four squat jumps – springing high into the air with each jump.
On the final jump, hold the crouch position for a count of 30 seconds before jumping into your upright position.
Repeat this 8-12 times for a fat-busting workout you can even master in your front room.
Yes, you’ll hurt a little, but you won’t mind so much when you have abs of steel. Or you know, just don’t wiggle quite as much.
