It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the death of Ricicles

Gone too soon

Ciara Knight

Gone, but not forgotten.

It is with the saddest regret that we must announce the death of Kellogg’s Ricicles on Thursday 30th November, 2017.

After a short no illness whatsoever, Ricicles were pronounced dead earlier this morning by Kellogg’s, who are doing so in a bid to reduce the sugar content in their cereals by up to 40%.

Ricicles were born some time in the 1980s to their parents, Mother Ricicles and Father Ricicles. They traveled the world and outer space together, bringing joy, nutrition and sugary goodness to all who sought it.

The much beloved Ricicles died peacefully this morning with family by their side, all 72 cereal siblings. Ricicles will now join their 59 deceased siblings in discontinued cereal heaven.

It will be a private funeral, with the media being asked to respect their privacy. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Retired Cereal Society of Britain.

The family asks that you send your thoughts and prayers during these challenging times.

From all of us here at JOE, we thank you, Ricicles, for your service and wish you a very peaceful afterlife.
