The couple have been dating for over a year and recently shared anniversary posts on, you guessed it, Instagram.
Fans loved the way he announced it too, describing it as “iconic” and the best engagement announcement ever.
Although both Hannah and Joel kept their announcements short, Scarlet Moffat – who was in a contestant on I’m A Celeb alongside Joel – was slightly more gushing in her response.
