“The best Marvel film yet.” Wow.
After being introduced in Captain America: Civil War, the final credits promised us a standalone Black Panther film and after that first trailer dropped, we’ve been absolutely pumped to see what’s in store.
Given that Ryan Coogler (Creed, Fruitvale Station) is one of the most talented directors around, we’ve got high hopes for Black Panther and it seems that Coogler has exceeded expectations.
2018 is a big year for Marvel – see, they’ve got this tiny film calledAvenegers: Infinity War – Part One coming out, but they’ve got the year off to a flying start because the first reactions to Black Panther are in and some critics are already calling it the best film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
After Thor: Ragnarok gave us the funniest film in the MCU since Guardians of the Galaxy, it appears that Black Panther has provided us with the best villain.
If you’re a fan of the Marvel films then you’ll know just how big a deal that is because plenty of their films have suffered from the lack of an interesting antagonist.
Well, the revolution is here and people are loving it.

BLACK PANTHER is not screwing around. By far the most political Marvel chapter, to the point I had to remind myself this is a Marvel movie. BLACK PANTHER is a movie with a lot to say.
