She had weighed 17 stone but made the dramatic change ahead of appearing on the show.
Bonnie Stainer – who you probably recognise as one of the girls on ITV’s Take Me Out – has revealed that she lost eight stone before appearing on the programme.
The 33-year-old had tipped the scales whilst she was pregnant four years ago, with her weight meaning she was unable to ride her horse Atos.
Speaking to the Daily Star, she said: “When I was 29 I got pregnant with my first child. Because I’d never worried about my weight I thought I could eat whatever I wanted.

“For a while it was fine and then suddenly I ballooned. I couldn’t seem to stop eating.”
However, she made the decision to turn her lifestyle around last year, before she appeared alongside Paddy McGuinness and co.

She had not been on a date in 12 years before the programme, but despite her obvious nerves, said it has had a positive impact on her life.
“Being on the show has been amazing for my confidence,” she said. “I finally feel like me again.”
It’s safe to say she looks a lot different now…
