Carlo Ancelotti and Jurgen Klopp are being considered by Liverpool to replace Brendan Rodgers.
Sky Sports’ reporter Vinny O’Connor has been told by sources at the club that both managers are under consideration but no contact has yet been made.
Although an appointment is not imminent, Sky have been told that there won’t be an interim coach because Liverpool are very confident that a new permanent manager will be in place for their next Premier League game, away to Spurs on October 17.
