Happy New Year
January is without question the worst month of the year, change my mind. Actually, don’t, because you can’t.
Everyone is broke, having spent a fortune over Christmas, trying to make that early December paycheque last what feels like an eternity. Just when you think you’ve endured the worst of winter, the weather gets worse. And then there’s the mounting social pressure to make positive changes to your lifestyle, like “go to the gym more,” “make packed lunches for work” and “stop drinking seven pints on a work night.”
I take my hat off to you if you can keep up that gym routine beyond January. I can’t even remember my entry code I have to use to get into my gym.
