It’s no surprise that Real Madrid fans are frustrated following the club’s 4-0 loss to Barcelona, but haranguing players at the training ground is perhaps a step too far.
Especially players who weren’t even involved Saturday’s embarrassing defeat.
Real Madrid Castilla youngster Cristian Cedres tweeted about being mobbed by angry supporters on Monday as he tried to leave training.
No es normal salir del entrenamiento y recibir insultos y golpes en tu coche. Ahora es cuando todo el madridismo debe estar unido#HalaMadrid

The 19-year-old’s message reads in English: ‘It is not normal to leave training and receive insults and blows to your car. Now is when all of Real Madrid must be united.’
Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo reported that the group of fans thought Cedres was a first-team player, and that’s why they attacked his car…because of course that would justify the intimidation.
