Bill Murray may well be one of our favourite actors, but he won’t enjoy reading this.
The man who starred in classics such as Ghostbusters, Groundhog Day and Lost in Translation also starred in this year’s Rock the Kasbah.
It stank the place out, taking only $2.9m from a budget of $15m and was generally regarded as a steaming pile of sh*te.
The second biggest flop of the year falls on the shoulders of Sean Penn, with The Gunman only making $10m from a budget of $40m.
George Clooney, Johnny Depp and Bradley Cooper also had certain movies to forget in 2015 as this list reveals.
Clooney’s Tomorrowland never really found an audience, if you blinked you missed Depp’s Mortdecai (12% on Rotten Tomatoes) and the less said about Cameron Crowe’s Aloha – starring Cooper and Emma Stone – the better.
Here are the 15 biggest movie flops of 2015 (according to Forbes):
1. Rock the Kasbah
2. The Gunman
3. Blackhat
4. Unfinished Business
5. Jem and the Holograms
