The Chase was a dawdle for this contestant
The Chase’s audience were left astounded on Tuesday as a 20-year-old contestant made history with an incredible £75,000 solo win. According to Bradley Walsh, the show’s host for over a decade, contestant Eden achieved the biggest win ever on a daytime TV show by a solo player.

Eden looked visibly astounded as his victory settles, unseating Chaser Darragh Ennis and his six-month winning streak.
He was the last of his team standing after making it to the final, making £3,000 in his cash builder and then choosing to go for the higher cash offer of £75,000.
Asked what he would do with the money if he won, Eden said: “I suppose a car would be nice.. But nothing snazzy. Just anything with four wheels.”
After answering eighteen questions correctly, Eden bagged himself a hefty £75,000. In the process, Eden beat out Judith who won £70,000 back in 2019.
Bradley told Eden: “I can’t believe it! This is incredible, he’s 20 years old and just won £75,000.
“It’s the single highest win in daytime history.”
“You did very well, it was all about the pushbacks in the end,” said Chaser Darragh.
In other TV News, a guest speaker live on air was embarrassed by their children. Unlike past incidents, this particular situation included a deformed carrot that looked remarkably like a male appendage.
Carmel Sepuloni, a New Zealand cabinet minister, was live interview with Radio Samoa when her son swanned in holding a deformed carrot he found amongst the shopping.
