Two brothers face jail after their younger sibling was stabbed to death through a car window in a frenzied 30-second attack that one of them filmed.
The knifing happened at 4.55pm on August 22 last year when Thomas Rogers’ older brothers spotted him in the passenger seat of a Vauxhall Astra travelling along Bristol Rd, Birmingham.
The 26-year-old had earlier gone to live with his mother following a bitter family argument, a jury at Birmingham Crown Court heard.
After spotting Thomas, David Roger, 32, and Samuel Rogers, 30, jumped out of their vehicle armed with knives.
Samuel then filmed his brother going over to the Astra and stabbing Thomas through the passenger window.
Emergency services rushed to the scene and found Thomas collapsed in the street. He was later pronounced dead at hospital from a stab wound to the chest.
David, of South Shields, Tyneside, was found guilty of murder while Samuel, of Sutton-in-Ashfield, Notts, was cleared of murder but convicted of manslaughter.
The pair are due to be sentenced at the same court on October 7.
Two other men, Ryan Hurt, 22, of Mansfield, Notts, and Macauley Welby, 22, of no fixed abode, were both cleared of murder.
