Gary’s ready to go, are you?
Gary Neville has proposed a mass protest outside Number 10 against Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s government on December 18.
On his Twitter account, he shared a screenshot of a previous tweet in which he’d asked his followers whether they would be up for a protest on December 18 to “stand up for truth and integrity in our democracy.”
Of the almost 150,000 who responded, 90 per cent were in favour of a protest.
However whilst he’s up for the protest, he isn’t ready to go as far as organising the event.
Neville tweeted: “Right let’s go for it ! 18th December . Anyone organise for me”

The Manchester United legend and current Sky Sports pundit has been outspoken this year in his criticism of the Conservative government and the current Downing Street Christmas party controversy has only added to Neville’s anger.
The 46-year-old took to his Instagram to call for the prime minister to resign from his position.

Neville seems to be echoing the sentiments of the nation, though.
A YouGov poll released on Friday (December 10) found that Johnson’s approval rating is at an all-time low, whilst another poll from earlier this week found that for the first time ever a majority of the public think he should leave his role as the country’s leader.
