Their decision to poke fun at Peter Odemwingie made waves on Thursday, but it seems whoever’s running the West Brom Twitter account might be feeling a little guilty.
As part of their Christmas countdown, the club’s official account has been tweeting some memorable moments in West Brom history recreated by children.
Strangely, Thursday’s tweet focused on the time that Peter Odemwingie drove himself to QPR to seal a deadline day transfer which he mistakenly believed was on the brink of completion.
As we all know, the transfer didn’t materialise.
Luckily, Odemwingie managed to see the funny side of the tweet:

Perhaps brought on by the nature of their former forward’s reply, 24 hours on and West Brom are recalling another Odemwingie memory.
Using the same child that recreated his cardoor window scene, Friday’s tweet recalls the time that the Nigerian bagged a hat-trick against Midland rivals, Wolves.
