The Argentinian forward is coming off the back of his fifth Ballon d’Or victory, so we imagine he feels pretty confident right now.
That didn’t stop Espanyol defender Alvaro from trying to get inside Messi’s when they met on Wednesday night.
The Espanyol defender took a dig at the diminutive playmaker’s height, and was promptly put in his place.
