Conor McGregor’s UFC 196 superfight with Rafael Dos Anjos looks dead in the water.
An apparent broken foot appears to have ruled out the lightweight king from fighting just 12 days out, although we’re still awaiting official confirmation.
Names like Nate Diaz and Donald Cerrone are already being thrown about as the UFC reportedly scrambles for a replacement for RDA on March 5.
But there’s one lightweight who has thrown his hat in the ring for a shot at the featherweight champion.
That’s Northern Irish lightweight Norman Parke. The 29-year-old, who is coming off the back of a victory against Reda Medadi, is on the UFC London card this weekend.
But he has offered to fight McGregor the following week if the UFC pull his bout with Rustam Khabilov.
