Conor McGregor has said he would fight anyone, anywhere.
He’s already set his sights on being a three-weight world champion – eyeing up a superfight with Robbie Lawler.
So when the UFC came to him with the fight with Nate Diaz after Rafael Dos Anjos pulled out if UFC 196 injured, the Irishman didn’t even bat en eyelid.
The Notorious had already gone up a weight class to 155lb to take on RDA so they were trying to negotiate a catchweight of 160lbs to face Diaz.
But after much wrangling, McGregor said: “Make it 170. Tell him to get comfortable.”
If you thought the jump from fighting at 145lbs at featherweight to 170lbs at welterweight had fazed the Irishman, then just look what he’s been tweeting today.
The 27-year-old has been out working on strict muscle-ups with movement coach Ido Portal in the US.
Then he’s been working his hands and his heart rate on the heavy bag ready for the five-rounder next weekend…

Before calling out every fighter on the roster once again while doing a spot of core work. Look at the f**king size of him now by the way…
God bless this hard work. I don't care about weight divisions. I'll run through everyone on the roster. #11Days pic.twitter.com/AAd25Rme73
