French TV presenter shows us the future with this optical illusion

How...?

Euro 2016 has already given us some pretty memorable moments.

Dimitri Payet’s late winner in the opening game set the tone for the tournament, and it has only gone on to shock us since then. There have been a whole host of absolute belters and even seen some old records broken. But this moment from the pre-match show on French TV takes the cake for strangest/coolest moment.

Ahead of France’s dull 0-0 draw with Switzerland (during which the most exciting moments were the numerous times the Swiss kits fell apart) one analyst broke new ground.

If you think that’s going too far, then just watch the video below as the French presenter walks up to the big screen where her colleague is shown standing pitch-side to give her report.

Rather than simply standing by the screen and awkwardly nodding at her, the presenter steps into the TV and joins her colleague pitch-side.

But the magic didn’t stop there, as after the match French coach Didier Deschamp was beamed into the studio where the panel interviewed his hologram.

Euro 2016 truly is a glimpse into the future of football. Incredible. And to think, over here all we get some incredibly awkward interactions between our analysts.
