Game of Thrones – The fate of House Stark could be about to take a very interesting twist

Don't expect the next series of Game of Thrones to be all happy families

You know what we’re going to say next.

The Winds of Winter was so action packed that we almost missed all of these details but one thing is very clear, there’s obvious tension between Sansa Stark and Jon Snow/Targaryen (it feels so good to finally write that surname!)

The season ended with Jon being hailed as the new King in the North while Sansa rejected Littlefinger’s proposal to be by his side as he attempts to claim the Iron Throne.

While it’s obvious that Sansa and Jon love each other, there’s still enough evidence and ominous looks to suggest that Littlefinger could be about to disrupt the state of affairs in Winterfell.

Speaking about the iconic scene when all the houses in The North proclaimed Jon to be their new King, Liam Cunningham (Ser Davos) says that “he’s (Jon) entitled to be running Winterfell, although Sansa might have a problem with that, I fear. Her relationship with Jon Snow, I think, is an indication of what’s to come and I’m not sure that it’s going to be pretty”.

Sophie Turner (Sansa) echoed this statement by saying that “he’s named King in the North and she kind of gets no credit for it” while adding that “Sansa’s a little bit agitated”.

Could this be a sign of things to come in Season 7? Take a look at the interviews for yourself.
