Steven Gerrard may be a new arrival in MLS but the former Liverpool captain isn’t exactly what you’d call an unknown quantity.
Gerrard’s face has been plastered on billboards throughout LA and we’re fairly certain his arrival was discussed at length in the American media…which makes this glaring admission by a local journalist all the more damning.
Take a look at the video, you can clearly hear a journalist ask his colleague if he has ‘any idea what Steve Gerrard looks like?’
