Michael Bisping’s face was in an awful way the day after his UFC 204 triumph over Dan Henderson

This is what happens when the H-Bomb lands

Michael Bisping will be sporting the battle scars from his most recent UFC win for quite some time.

‘The Count’ didn’t make it to the media room following his UFC 204 victory over Dan Henderson in the wee hours of Sunday morning.

While he came out on top in the main event in the Manchester Arena, there was no question who had come off better in the damage stakes as Bisping’s bruised, bloodied and battered face showed just how much he had to battle through to get his hand raised in front of his home crowd.

Henderson came close to finishing Bisping on more than one occasion and found massive success with his overhand right in the opening pair of rounds.

But Bisping weathered the storm and refused to give up in another back-and-forth fight that saw the British fighter retain his belt in front of an electric hometown crowd.

It was an amazing fight, a better win, and something fight fans will be talking about for years to come.

Truly a night to remember for Bisping, not lease because he looks like he’ll be certainly feeling the effects of the fight for a bit longer. The dust may have settled, but judging by the series of photographs posted to social media, it may take a while before any medical suspensions get revoked.
