If you are either of those things, you probably know it, but perhaps only if you’re Irish. Every country has its own peculiar sayings and idioms, and Ireland is no different.
These are phrases that are instantly recognisable in the Emerald Isle, but when uttered in earshot of someone from outside of Ireland will likely be greeted with pure and utter confusion.
