RugbyJOE Instagram ticket giveaway 

1. The competition opens on 23rd February at 11am and closes on 24th February at 11am GMT. Competition will be live on RugbyJOE Instagram (@rugbyjoe). 
2. 1x winner will be chosen
3. The winner will win 2 x tickets to Scotland V France (Guinness Six Nations 2022) on 26th February 2022 at BT Murrayfield, kick off 14:15pm. Tickets courtesy of Dove Men+Care.
4. Tickets will be sent via email to the winner via PDF
5. The prize is in the form of tickets only and does not cover any costs related to travel, accommodation, food, drinks, or any expense of any kind.
6. Use of the tickets is subject to the terms and conditions on the tickets and the regulations in force at the applicable venue including but not limited to conditions of entry for the applicable venue found at [https://www.scottishrugby.org/tickets-and-events/tickets-terms-and-conditionstickets] may not be resold under any circumstances.
7. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
8. No purchase is necessary.
9. No limit on the amount of times an individual can enter.
10. Winner will be selected by an independent adjudicator who will select winners at random.
11. The winners will be notified by JOE Media through an Instagram direct message from the above account handle after the competition closes. JOE Media will ask for the winner’s first and last name, confirmation of age, e-mail address and full address.
12. By entering this competition, you are giving JOE Media consent to contact you (for the purpose of the competition)
13. JOE Media will contact the winner with a deadline for responding with information. If the original winner cannot be contacted within 6 hours from the first correspondence, JOE Media will reallocate their prize to an alternative winner selected at the same time and by the same means as the original.
14. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
15. Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferrable.
16. The entrant needs to be a UK resident.
17. The competition is open to all UK residents except JOE Media employees, the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents, or anyone directly connected with the promotion.
18. The winner must have submitted their entry themselves.
19. JOE Media and any associated promoters, bear no responsibility for any entry which is incorrectly submitted, lost, damaged, incomplete or received after the closing time.
20. We reserve the right to disqualify or not award a prize to an entrant whose entry we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
21. Names and cities of residence of the prize winner(s) will be available on request.
22. All entrants to competitions are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.
23. This competition is run through JOE Media only and it is not sponsored by any social media platforms.
24. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
25. JOE, Dove Men+Care or any other third-party, will not use any personal data from any entrant in the competition for marketing purposes.
