Alan has been told that his ‘Knowing Me, Knowing You’ chat show has been been cancelled by the Beeb.
In a lunchtime meeting with the Director of Programming, Tony Hayers (David Schneider), Alan is allowed to pitch various ideas for TV shows.
In a panicked ramble of suggestions, he lists amongst others: ‘Arm Wrestling with Chas and Dave’, ‘Inner-City Sumo’, and of course ‘Youth Hosteling with Chris Eubank’…

Well, brilliantly, the final suggestion has become a reality…well, sort of. Eubank has proved himself an excellent sport by featuring in a mock trailer for Hostelworld.
It’s clear that the former WBO Middleweight Champion of the World hasn’t changed a bit, with his trademark monocle, tweed suit and walking stick, he’s just as…well, Chris Eubank as ever.
