Where’s he gone?
Saturday Night Takeaway sponsor Virgin Holidays has shared a first-look at the show without usual co-host Ant McPartlin.
The Virgin Holiday’s teaser video shows a bunch of excited group of travellers taking-off on the plane to the US, at one point a clip of Saturday Night Takeaway is seen playing on one of the passenger’s TV screens.
But, controversially, only Dec is seen and not Ant. Watch it for yourself here:

As I probably don’t need to tell you, Declan Donnelly is zoomed in on alone in the studio, with the camera then returning to Moffatt and the plane passengers. A sign of things to come.
It has been previously reported that Moffatt and Stephen Mulhern will have more prominent roles in the final two episodes, in Ant’s absence.
And Moffatt is even the favourite to take over from Ant when Britain’s Got Talent returns to our screens in April. Paddy Power are offering odds of 5-6 on her joining Dec on BGT.
“So Ant’s been decked by ITV – it’s a case of “taxi for Ant” for the next few months,” a Paddy Power spokesman said. “Which seems a wise move.
“While the much-loved Geordie TV presenter recovers in rehab, ITV bosses seem set to really think outside the box – by replacing him with much-loved Geordie TV presenter Scarlett Moffatt. Genius.”
Could we be witnessing a coup?
