Yes, you are old
Ok, so the passing of time on its own is not necessarily news. We get that. But sometimes, to paraphrase Ferris Bueller, life moves pretty fast, and sometimes you need to stop and look around once in a while and appreciate how much times have changed.
For instance: Friends. We don’t need to tell you about Friends. Despite airing its last episode in 2004, it has been kept in the popular consciousness by constant reruns on E4 and then Comedy Central, and now it is all on Netflix.
Ross’ son, Ben, was born at the end of season one and grew up through the show’s ten seasons. Ben was played by several actors, but most notably by Cole Sprouse during Season 6 to 8.
Cole Sprouse is now 26. Jennifer Aniston was only 25 when Friends debuted in 1994. Ben is now old than Rachel was when Friends started.
Oh, and Courtney Cox is also now older than Richard was during the show.
You are old and you are going to die.
Brace yourselves: the actor who played Ben in Friends is now older than Jennifer Aniston was at the start of the series AND Courtney Cox is now older than Richard was on the show. I’m not convinced I understand how time works anymore #mindblown pic.twitter.com/lIKP3V3CRX

And because the internet loves “This is what someone who was a child actor looks like now”, here’s what Sprouse did next.
He was Cody on The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, alongside his twin brother Dylan.
And he now plays Jughead in Riverdale.
