The Hangover star Bradley Cooper has said he would jump at the chance to make another one of the films
When it comes to beloved comedy movies, there is one franchise that stands out from the crowd.
The Hangover movies are a complete fan favourite, and it seems that hopes are still high for a fourth instalment after Bradley Cooper spoke out.
There are thus far three films in the franchise, with part one coming out in 2009, and the third and final one being released in 2013.
However, Cooper recently revealed that he would likely be up for reprising his role as part of the wolf pack.
“I would probably do Hangover 4 in an instant,” he told The New Yorker Radio Hour.
“Just because I love Todd, I love Zach, I love Ed so much, I probably would.”
All 3 of the movies are directed by Todd Phillips, who is more recently known for his work directing the Joaquin Phoenix-led Joker movies.
The Hangover movies also feature the same key trio of Cooper, Zach Galifianakis and Ed Helms.
However, Cooper was realistic about the prospect of a fourth film, and concluded: “I don’t think Todd is ever going to do that.”
So, it seems a new Hangover movie is unlikely to be on the cards, but it’s nice to know that if it were to make a comeback, that Cooper is almost definitely in.
