They think they’ve worked the entire thing out…
It’s the Britain’s Got Talent semi-finals this week and if you were watching last night you’ll probably have been blown away by 46-year-old magician Marc Spelmann.
In his routine, he regurgitated aspects of his first audition, in which he used a video of his daughter as part of his trick.

As part of his performance, Marc made the judges pick pages from books corresponding to inspirational quotes.
Alesha Dixon read out Gandhi’s name – only for Marc’s daughter to then also say Gandhi in the pre-recorded video. Marc then turned around a painting and it showed Gandhi’s image.
Later on, he also transformed the painting to show John Lennon after Amanda Holden said his name. Wowza, or what?
Simon said: “I have to find a different word for this other than this for magic, because magic feels too small.”
Amanda added: “That was extraordinary. I do find myself watching the videos of your gorgeous girls than paying attention to your act.
“For me I thought it was very good but it didn’t have the same emotional pull as your first act.”
But viewers accused him of ‘dubbing’ the video – claiming that his daughter had actually said the word ‘daddy’ and not the name of the Indian leader in the first part of the trick.
