Breezy blew his top
Chris Brown is pissed off after missing out on a Grammy Award on Sunday night to an artist he had seemingly never heard of.
Brown, 33, was nominated in the Best R&B Album category for his 10th studio album Breezy, featuring collaborations with Jack Harlow, H.E.R., and Anderson Paak, and clearly thought he had a good shot at winning.
He was up against Mary J. Blige for Good Morning Gorgeous (Deluxe), Robert Glasper for Black Radio III, Lucky Daye for Candydrip and PJ Morton for Watch The Sun.
Glasper won.
Brown reacted angrily to the announcement in a series of since-deleted Instagram Stories.
He one post he said “bro who the f**k is this?” and “who the fuck is Robert Glasper” in another post.

He then went on to say he needs to up his game if he wants to win another Grammy, writing: “I gotta get my skills up…Ima start playing the harmonica”, while sharing a photoshopped picture of himself playing the instrument.
Accepting the award during the Premiere Ceremony, Glasper quipped: “My safety pin busted out of my pants, as I was running so…”
In the run-up to the awards ceremony, Glasper wrote on Instagram: “Man it’s been a long ride!!!! “Congratulations and Good Luck to everyone at the Grammys!”
Glasper is an American pianist, record producer, songwriter, and musical arranger.
His win at the 65th Grammys is his fifth out of 11 nominations across eight categories.
While his focus has been predominantly in jazz, he’s also worked with the likes of Mac Miller, Anderson .Paak, Banks, Brittany Howard, Kendrick Lamar, Denzel Curry, Q-Tip, Common and many other high profile names. Black Radio III was his 11th studio album and was also nominated for Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical at this year’s Grammys.
