The female alleges ‘a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness’
Chris Brown is being sued by a woman who claims she was drugged and raped by the singer on a yacht.
Court documents obtained by music website XXL reveal that an unnamed woman alleges the rape incident occurred in December 2020 on a yacht moored near Diddy’s private Star Island estate in Florida.
The lawsuit goes on to suggest Brown invited the woman back to Diddy’s estate after the R&B singer saw her through FaceTime on the phone of one of the people he was with.
Brown and the female drank on the boat as Brown gave advice on how to make it in the music industry, continues the court documents. Brown then allegedly filled her drink for a second time before the female claims to have experienced unusual effects.
According to the report, she experienced “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness,” and felt “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep” after drinking the second drink.
The female alleges Brown then took her into the bedroom and undressed her despite her asking him not to. He then allegedly raped her and told her he was “done” after a while.
She says Brown contacted her the following day and asked her to take some from of pregnancy control.
Documents also claim the pair met again in 2021 and on another occasion Brown attempted to be sexual. When she turned him down, she alleges he became aggressive and said she was a “slut” who “begged for his dick.” She would “would never make it as an artist,” he said, because she hadn’t got what it “takes.”
The female’s attorneys told TMZ she had held back on speaking out due to feeling embarrassed about what had happened.
Brown has had multiple legal challenges over the years, most notably when he was convicted of felony assault back in 2009 on his then girlfriend, Rihanna.
