Pretty damn scary this
The world is waiting with bated breath for the new season of American Horror Story, which will be a crossover of season 1’s “Murder House” and season 3’s “Coven” and take place in the near-distant future.
On Monday, the first trailer for AHS: Apocalypse was pushed out on Twitter, giving us our first look at season eight.
The 45-second teaser was packed full of disturbing images, including an hourglass womb incubating a demon baby, nuclear explosions, scorpions, loads of skulls and general creepiness.

Loads of familiar faces will be returning, including Jessica Lange – who will be reprising her role as Constance Langdon. Also joining her will be AHS OGs Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters and Kathy Bates.
Murphy had previously speculated at the potential crossover. “There will be characters from Murder House and characters from Coven together,” he told an audience at EW’s PopFest two years ago.
American Horror Story: Apocalypse is set to premiere on 12 September.
