Game of Thrones is set to return to our screens in April, but some of the filming hasn’t even started yet.
Shooting of the scenes in Riverrun was due to start in Corbet, Co. Down on Monday October 12, but things have been delayed because of a dispute over planning permission.
According to Watchers on the Wall, HBO may have got a little ambitious with their construction of the castle of House Tully and overstepped the limits of the original planning permission agreement.
The crew will now have to wait for an inspector to come out to determine if the castle and drawbridge set is true to the original planning application after locals objected to its size.
Hopefully it’s sorted out quickly, as we can’t wait any longer to find out what happens in season six.
