Head for the trenches! Frankie Boyle is being let loose on the General Election

The BBC is probably drafting grovelling apology letters as we speak...

Ben Kenyon

Frankie Boyle loves a joke.

Just ask the Queen, Rebecca Addlington or Katie Price.

But now the bearded Scot is being let loose on the General Election with a new show called Frankie Boyle’s Election Autopsy.

The BBC obviously hasn’t had its fill of controversy with Jeremy Clarkson, so they are bringing in the big guns with Boyle to cover the vote.

The Glaswegian comedian has his own dedicated Wikipedia ‘controversies’ subsection – JOE imagines there will be a few more to add to the list come May 17th when the show airs on iPlayer.

With cartoon villains Farage, Cameron, Clegg and Miliband contesting the election we just know this show is going to be comedy gold.

Here’s a little taster of some of the jokes we might expect (if you are easily offended or Richard Hammond, turn back now.)
