A good night for La La Land.
Having already swept the board at the Golden Globes, it was another good night for Damien Chazelle’s La La Land at the 2017 BAFTA Awards in London on Sunday night.
Chazelle himself scooped the award for Best Director, while the musical romantic comedy also won awards for Best Film, Music and Cinematography, with a Leading Actress award thrown in for Emma Stone for good measure.
The film’s success to date bodes well for another strong performance at the Oscars next month; if you missed it last night, check out the BAFTA winners in full below.
