We’re getting two of the summer’s most eagerly anticipated TV shows.
Summer is here (said in our most gravelly Jon Snow voice) and rather than go outside and enjoy the weather, we know that you’re going to binge watch plenty of TV shows and films!
With this in mind, here are some of the new titles that are coming to Netflix.
TV Shows
The Mist
Plot: After an eerie mist rolls into a small town, the residents must battle the mysterious mist and its threats, fighting to maintain their morality and sanity. Fans of Stephen King’s novel and the film adaptation will absolutely love this.
The Defenders
Plot: The final miniseries of the ordered Netflix series, as Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist finally combine. Oh yeah, we’re also getting Sigourney Weaver as the mysterious villain.

Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later
Plot: It’s time to head back to our favourite Camp Firewood alumni but things are different because we’re in ’91.
AtypicalÂ
Plot:Â Sam, an 18-year-old on the autism spectrum, decides it’s time to find a girlfriend, a journey that sets Sam’s mom on her own life-changing path as her son seeks more independence.
Disjointed
Plot:Â Cannabis legend Ruth Whitefeather Feldman employs her newly graduated son and a team of young “budtenders” to help run her Los Angeles marijuana dispensary.

Plot:Â An American filmmaker and cyclist unwittingly wades into a global scandal when a Russian scientist leaks shocking details of a vast doping conspiracy.
World War II in Colour
Plot: 13-episode television documentary series recounting the major events of World War II narrated by Robert Powell.
Mission Control:Â The Unsung Heroes of ApolloÂ
Plot:Â At the heart of the Apollo program was the special team in Mission Control who put a man on the moon and helped create the future.

Death Note
Plot: In Seattle, a young man comes to possess a supernatural notebook, the Death Note, that grants him the power to kill any person simply by writing down their name on the pages. He then decides to use the notebook to kill criminals and change the world, but an enigmatic detective attempts to track him down and end his reign of terror.
Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom
Plot:Â A chronicle of Nelson Mandela’s life journey from his childhood in a rural village through to his inauguration as the first democratically elected president of South Africa.
The Beach
Plot:Â Twenty-something Richard travels to Thailand and finds himself in possession of a strange map. Rumours state that it leads to a solitary beach paradise, a tropical bliss – excited and intrigued, he sets out to find it.
Dallas Buyers Club
Plot:Â In 1985 Dallas, electrician and hustler Ron Woodroof works around the system to help AIDS patients get the medication they need after he is diagnosed with the disease.
Boyz in the Hood
Plot:Â Follows the lives of three young males living in the Crenshaw ghetto of Los Angeles, dissecting questions of race, relationships, violence and future prospects.
Deepwater Horizon
Plot:Â A dramatization of the disaster back in April 2010, when the offshore drilling rig called the Deepwater Horizon created a giant explosion, which created the worst oil spill in American history.
What happened to Monday?Â
Plot:Â In a world where families are limited to one child due to overpopulation, a set of identical septuplets must avoid being put to a long sleep by the government and dangerous infighting while investigating the disappearance of one of their own.
Naked
Plot:Â Nervous about finally getting married a guy is forced to relive the same nerve-wracking hours over and over again until he gets things right on his wedding day.
Ted 2
Plot:Â Newlywed couple Ted and Tami-Lynn want to have a baby, but in order to qualify to be a parent, Ted will have to prove he’s a person in a court of law.
