‘Same story evey year’
I’m A Celebrity fans are fuming after Scarlette Douglas and Charlene White became the first two stars to be sent home “leaving zero Black women in the jungle”.
Fans of the ITV show ignited a race row on Twitter after the Place In The Sun star was confirmed to be leaving the programme on Sunday in what some suggested was a regular pattern for the show.
“The two Black women the first two out. Same story every year,” one person wrote.

Babatunde Aleshe also found himself in the bottom two.
Thank you all for the love. Scarlette will be overwhelmed with all the support!
We will hand back to her… thanks for all the love. What a journey. What an adventure!!

As Scarlette’s departure was announced, she cried and hugged her campmates.
Later, she told show hosts, Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly, that she was devastated to be going so early and leaving her campmates behind.
I’m A Celeb fans weren’t happy either.
First @CharleneWhite is voted out of #imacelebrity and now it's @scardoug.
I said it yesterday and I'll say it again – this country has an issue with strong black women.

One angry viewer wrote: “Do not love that the two Black women were the first to be voted out of #ImACeleb,” while another added: “Another black woman out… I wonder if people are still gonna say race isn’t playing a part here #imaceleb.”
A third said: “Why is it always the black celebs out first? Saying this people will say I’m playing the race card but this is clearly an issue wtf #ImaCeleb.”
One fan wrote that they were “absolutely mortified and embarrassed” by the outcome saying that Scarlette “is such a likeable woman and if she had been white she would have been the winner”.
“She has more personality and sparkle than any of them. Anyone voting for Matt Hancock should be ashamed. #Scarlette.”
Another viewer added: “Scarlette was so positive amongst all the whiners but mediocre men are always given the benefit of the doubt! Grrrr!”
She took the jungle by storm and stole our hearts in the process, so before she could leave the jungle, we had to find out what is 'First Things First' for @scardoug

Scarlette was sent packing just two days after Charlene became the first campmate to be evicted.
Speaking about being in the camp with Hancock, the Loose Women star said: “I think everyone had their feelings about Matt when he first walked in. But we also have to live alongside him. So we all have to adapt to that. And he’s made some real connections in there, which has been wonderful and so many people didn’t think that would happen. So it was difficult.”
