Move over McBusted and … there’s a new boyband hybrid on the way.
‘Boyzlife’ is real and it’s happening soon.
Two of the biggest boybands of the last couple of decades, Boyzone and Westlife, are officially merging their talents to form a supergroup.
Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy are heading the project, and confirmed the news that the collab is happening in the very near future.
The duo will team up, funded by the Hilton Hotel, and perform a mix of the bands’ classic hits.
Will anyone else be getting on board? Brian seems to think there’s a good chance.
Speaking to The Sun, Brian said:Â “We all had a chat, the lads. We said it would be amazing. Not even just performing together, but can you imagine the craic?
“Nine of us Irish lads on a tour bus together, going round the world together. It would be absolutely carnage. We all get on so well so you never know.
“We could have so much fun on tour. We could end up adding more people to the next one. Right now this is about me and Keith but the door is always open.”
The initial plan is to perform 12 shows in the UK and Ireland, with an opening date in London in October 16.
We’re there.
