Jade and Jeff had two sons together
Jade Goody’s ex Jeff Brazier has penned a moving tribute on social media to the late star 14 years after she passed away.
Jade rose to national fame after appearing on the third series of Channel 4’s Big Brother, before going on to star in season five of the celebrity spin-off in 2007.
A year after this though, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer, which was later confirmed to have spread to other areas of her body.
She died on March 22, 2009 at the age of just 27, leaving behind her two sons, Bobby and Freddie, who she had with her ex-partner Jeff.

On Wednesday, he shared a heartbreaking tribute on Instagram to the mother of his children, on the 14th anniversary of Jade’s death.
Alongside a photo of Jade with Bobby and Freddie, he wrote: “14 years ago today. Hard not to feel flat.
“The boys losing the most loving and protective mother any child could have hoped for at such a young age will never not feel ridiculously cruel.
“The most charismatic, loyal, inquisitive, adaptable and switched on person I’ve known.
“Her strength lives on in her children and I wanted to take a moment to honour her this evening and share that with you.
“One highlight from today though, I took Fred for a trim at @haychembarbers and shortly after walking in we were greeted by the song ‘Rose Garden’.
“Not one you’d expect to hear too often but it was the song Jade sung on Stars In Their Eyes.
“Fred caught the significance and it was a wonderful moment that proves she’s with them all the way.”
He finished by saying: “And on we go.”

Thousands commented on the post, sending their love and support to Jeff and his sons on the difficult day.
Many also shared their own memories of Jade and her larger-than-life character.
One person wrote: “The love she had for your boys was something else… you’ve done an amazing job Jeff they are a credit to you both.”
Another said: “I loved Jade, her presence was larger than life and she entertained in a way nobody else had as reality TV grew.”
A third commented: “God bless you Jeff.. Jade will be looking down so happy she picked you to be their Daddy.”
Since Jade’s death, Jeff has become an advocate for mental health and grief survival for not only his two boys but to others as well, having released the book ‘The Grief Survival Guide: How to Navigate Loss and All that Comes With It’ in 2017.
