The Game of Thrones actor is a long way from Khal Drogo now
After seven long, hard years growing out a regal mane, Jason Momoa has shaved his face.
The Game of Thrones star posted a video to his YouTube removing Khal Drogo’s iconic beard, also utilised by Aquaman and Declan Harp in Frontier.
Shame.
Momoa said he was shaving to “make a positive change for the health of our planet.”
“Most importantly, I just wanna do this to bring awareness. Plastics are killing our planet.”
Posting on Instagram, Momoa said: “Goodbye DROGO, AQUAMAN, DECLAN, BABA I’m SHAVING this beast off, It’s time to make a change.
“A change for the better…for my kids, your kids, the world. Let’s make a positive change for the health of our planet. Let’s clean up our oceans our land. Join me on this journey. Let’s make the switch to infinitely recyclable aluminum. ♻️♻️♻️ Water in cans, not plastic.”
