Jeremy Clarkson has finally made his first comments on being dropped from BBC’s Top Gear – and admits that he will miss the show.
The punchy presenter made the admission in his latest column for the Sun, as he thanked his fans for their kind words of support.
Clarkson was axed by the Beeb last month, followed what the corporation described as a ‘fracas’ with producer Oisin Tymon.
“Heartfelt thanks to all those who have written to say they will miss me on Top Gear…it’s not as much, however, as I’ll missing being there,” said the complete and utter anchor.
Let this be a lesson to anyone thinking about punching a work colleague and expecting to get away with it. You’d be better off not hitting anyone and keeping your job…
