Things are going to get worse for Jeremy Clarkson before they get better.
The former Top Gear host was famously fired following an altercation with producer Oisin Tymon, and is also at risk of a prison sentence over a controversial Christmas show in Argentina.
And the presenter has now been dealt another blow with the news that Tymon plans to sue him for racial discrimination.
The Guardian reports that a tribunal hearing has taken place, and racial discrimination claims from the Irish producer are said to have been raised by his legal team.
Clarkson, along with his former Top Gear co-hosts Richard Hammond and James May, has signed up for a new motoring show exclusive to Amazon Prime, expected to air in 2016.
