Every time we do a story about John Cena – especially one about him changing his looks – we get loads of people replying “There’s no one in the picture!”. We get it. It’s the meme. His catchphrase is “You can’t see me,” so people like pretending that there is no one in the image.

With that over with, we are here to inform you that John Cena has gotten well shredded and looks different. Ok, he was well shredded before – of course he was, he’s John Cena. But he used to be really wide, and built. He looked like a real-life version of that Kanye West and Lil Pump video.
But now he’s gotten more slender, and more sinewy.
