The Met Gala is famous for its iconic looks, and this was certainly a memorable one from Kylie Jenner
Kylie Jenner has felt the full force of social media after rocking up at the Met Gala in a wedding dress and baseball cap.
The reality star was attending biggest night in the fashion calendar on Monday in New York, which is often attended by some of the world’s biggest celebs.
Stars often try to grab the headlines with bold and exciting looks, but this year Kylie Jenner attracted attention for all the wrong reasons for her look, by turning up in a wedding dress and a backwards veiled baseball cap.
Her fans weren’t impressed, and didn’t hold back on Twitter.
One user said it was “literally the worst Kylie has ever looked,” whilst another suggested “criminal charges” could be brought against her for the look.

Another said that it looked like she was “about to get married at a baseball game.”

Others tried to work out who it was Jenner reminded them of in the outfit and where she may have got inspiration from, with suggestions ranging from Homer Simpson to Meg from Family Guy.

The Met Gala has become famous for the outfits that its attendees wear on the night, and this was the first time that all of the Kardashians had attended, the Mirror reports.
The theme for this year’s event was “gilded glamour” to match the theme of ‘In America: An Anthology of Fashion,’ a continuation of last year’s ‘In America: A Lexicon of Fashion.’
The event was hosted by couple Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Last year’s event was hosted by Timothée Chalamet, Billie Eilish, Amanda Gorman and Naomi Osaka. with highlights including Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s ‘Tax the rich’ dress and Cara Delevingne’s slightly bolder ‘peg the rich’ vest.
