This is not for the faint-hearted.
We knew that Bray wrestler Finn Balor’s dislocated shoulder injury was bad after his exertions at SummerSlam this weekend, but we didn’t realise it was this bad.
The 35-year-old was forced to relinquish his WWE Universal Championship title just 24 hours after beating Seth Rollins after suffering the injury, and he has now posted an update to Twitter with a picture of his new scar.

He suffered the injury when The Architect threw Balor into the fan barricade surrounding the ring. Balor – real name Fergal Davitt – winced in agony before popping the shoulder back into its socket, completing the match and beating Rollins.
This isn’t pretty.
