Scrubs is just one of many top tier TV shows coming to Star, the new entertainment brand within Disney+
Disney+ has announced that in February, it will unveil Star, its new general entertainment brand, inside the Disney+ app.
It will see some of the biggest TV shows of all time stream on the app, as well as major films and original projects.
What sort of content are we talking about?
Well, for starters, Scrubs, Desperate Housewives, Family Guy, The X-Files, Lost, Atlanta, Buffy, 24, Ugly Betty, Modern Family, Lie to Me, Bones, Cougar Town, American Dad and Grey’s Anatomy will all be available to stream on the app.
Yep. An awful lot of TV shows coming to Stars on 23 February.
It also promises to be the home of “new content from the Kardashian Jenners” if that’s what you’re into.
The new slate will include crime thriller Big Sky from visionary storyteller David E. Kelley (Big Little Lies, The Undoing) and a spinoff from the popular movie Love, Simon called Love.
And in case you’re still not convinced, there will also be some award-winning movies available including The Favourite, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri and The Grand Budapest Hotel, along with classics such as Pretty Woman, Die Hard 2, The Devil Wears Prada, and Moulin Rouge.
And by the looks of things, we will still be in lockdown come 23 February, so this will all come in very handy.
