Pokemon Go has been out for less than a month, but we haven’t got sick of it yet.
People have been getting out of their cars and ignoring Justin Bieber to catch some of the rarer pocket monsters, and one man in Australia has even created a custom 3D-printed iPhone case to help him on his search.
And, while at least one person claims to have caught every single available Pokemon in the game, there are a few things we don’t know about the game…until now.

Pokemon Go has been decoded, with the information shared by a Redditor going by ‘FirestarterMethod’, and the Pokemon Fortress blog has shared what it considers the most important information on the game.
The thing that caught our attention was the number of points you need to reach the top level, which – according to the blog – is level 40.
You’re probably used to having to collect a few thousand experience points (XP) in order to level up and gain the associated benefits, but it’s well worth knowing what you’re letting yourself in for in the long run.
In order to get all the way from level 1 to level 40 you will need a grand total of 20m XP. Twenty Million. And one quarter of that total comes in the jump from 39 to 40.
There is plenty of other new information on the blog, including apparent confirmation that lesser-spotted Pokemon like Farfetchd and Ditto do exist, even though only a small handful of people claim to have found either.
