Tha actress has admitted she’s not the best at keeping secrets
The details of Game of Thrones‘ season 8 are Westeros’ most closely guarded secret and, sadly, there’s still months to go until it all kicks off on 14 April.
So, it’s pretty understandable that fans are increasingly eager to find out whatever information they can about what is going to happen.
Some of the cast members have been sharing small snippets about what fans can expect when the series returns.
And some have been sharing not-so-small snippets. Like Sophie Turner, who admitted she spilled the beans about how Game of Thrones ends.
The actress told W that she’s “so bad” at keeping secrets, and has already told the series’ end to “a few people”.
She explained that she was “terrified” of keeping big secrets (like the end of the show), before adding: “I’m so bad at keeping secrets.
“I don’t think people tell me things anymore because they know that I can’t keep them. I’ve already told the ending of Game of Thrones to a few people.”
She went on to clarify that she hadn’t accidentally spilled the beans when she was pissed – but that she was confident her pals would keep the secret.
She said: “Nope, sober. I was like, ‘Hey, if you want to know, I’ll tell you.’
“But it’s people that I know, not random people. It’s people that I know will keep the secret.”
It comes after Kit Harington – who plays Jon Snow – admitted he has kept the finale a secret from his wife (and former co-star) Rose Leslie.
The 32-year-old said that they had reached an “understanding” about Game of Thrones, and that he was keen to make sure he didn’t ruin the final season for her.
He told The Evening Standard: “Spoilers are one of those things in my daily life which I just have to avoid.
“Me and [Rose] and my friends all have an understanding now, which is that you don’t really want to know, even if you push me too hard.”
He also told how some people try and trip him up in an effort to get answers about what’s going to happen to the Seven Kingdoms at the end of it all.
He continued: “They’ll go, ‘So, you sit on the throne, right?’ And you have to go, ‘No, no — I’m not going anywhere near that question!.”
